I’ve only skimmed the book for content, not read it yet. I was seeking a book to help with internal controls for my husbands medical practice. I am a CPA. This book may be slightly light on that topic, but it was very comprehensive as to running a practice, not just the accounting side of it. After I read through this book I will probably be ready to run the office myself – doing everything but the operations! It was costly so I was apprehensive to buy it, but I think it’ll be worth the cost.
