Medical Practice Management Handbook 2000: Policy Guide to Accounting and Tax Issues, Daily Operations, and Physicianscontracts

Customer Review: Medical Practice Management Handbook 2000
This “handbook” is actually quite large and comprehensive. It covers areas relating to starting a practice (this section is especially helpful and includes a very realistic timetable from conception of a practice to seeing patients), enrolling with health insurance carriers both private and public, buy/sell agreements, employment, and retirement plans as well as many other things. With this book a physician has the resources available to start up a practice without incurring huge costs from a consultant. In addition to the text portion of the book, a CD-ROM is included with form letters and schedules to use as needed. I highly recommend this book for those individuals new and even not-so-new to solo/private medical practice.
