We can provide tools, expertise and man power required to complete any conversion process that is required, whether it is to convert paper to electronic records or exporting images and databases from another system to ours.

Implementation

We work with you to build a plan for success for your medical billing system. We review the current workflow and requirements to develop an implementation plan that will ensure success. We outline an overall strategy, provide suggestions regarding conversion, and establish a timetable for conversion and implement training schedules.

Installation and Training

We assist you with the set-up and installation of any software and hardware. We provide
onsite training for your employees on how to properly utilize the new system. Training can
be conducted in a classroom setting, or performed individually. In addition to daily use of the system, we instruct a system administrator in all database management issues, including setting and maintaining security systems, database maintenance, and backup schemes.

Support

We provide on-going software support via the telephone, remote secured access, software release and enhancement installations.
